Maxxtrader are seeking an experienced FX Broker Dealer Sales Specialist who will be responsible for selling end-to-end trading solutions to institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the foreign exchange market. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and working closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions to clients
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide regular market analysis and insights to clients
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, including trading platforms, pricing, and risk management tools
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and systems
• Participate in industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales within the FX market, with a focus on institutional clients
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products such as FX Spot, Metals, CFDs, Crypto etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
• Proficiency in MT4, MT5, Microsoft Office and CRM software
